The inspiration behind our non profit organisation comes from the story of Ruan Hauchecorne. Having found his Cambodian mother, sisters and brothers in 2003, after years of separation, he decided to help his family and the whole village at the same time. The village Puurs in Belgium, where Ruan was raised by his adoptive parents, has already helped raise the money to build some wells.

Health is not the only issue. Deforestation is another major problem. People can no longer build wooden houses because the wood is too expensive and too scarce. |
